Efficientiam is the brainchild of founder Prock Saynyarack, who earned her stripes in the nonprofit world at an early age, with an emphasis on the mental health and substance abuse services continuum, which included prevention, intervention, treatment and aftercare.  It was there that she mastered regulatory compliance, government funding solicitation (both at the state and federal level) and management. 

Ms. Saynyarack expanded her regulatory compliance, planning, and federal and state government funding solicitation and management in city governments in environmental reviews, applying her expertise in housing, infrastructure, and community services. 

Upon making the decision to extend her expertise,  Ms. Saynyarack worked with state entities on energy efficiency and renewable energy in areas applicable to residential and public housing, as well as municipalities, counties, and business structures and infrastructures. Through decades of experience, Ms. Saynyarack has worked with multiple state and federal funding agencies, including but not limited to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP), the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Office of Justice, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), and U.S. Department of Transportation (ODOT).
